speeding ticket, error on ticket

What is the name of your state?I still have CT license but I live in NY now. My 2001 Honda is also registered in NY. I was caught speeding 81mph in 65mph zone in the town of Pembroke (near Niagara Falls), NY, which is about 400 miles away from my home.

Two questions,
1. Officer made a litte mistake, he wrote "02 HOND" instead of "01 HOND". Can the ticket be dismissed? If yes, what do I need to do?

2. Any affect on my CT license? Any points?

Regards,
Sunny0726

Cool

In Oregon, the vehicle year is not mandatory for the citation to be valid. Three thing need to be corect: the statute of the law violated, with a description, correct cite amount, and signed by the officer. Unless back east is different....

No free pass for you************** Own up and pay it.
