Speeding Ticket in GA, Odd Situation

What is the name of your state? Georgia

I recently received a speeding ticket in Suwannee, Georgia. There were three key parts to this situation:

1. I was not in a hurry and I drive a Toyota 4-runner; where the trap was set there is no way I was going the speed which the officer clocked me at, unless I has been in a hurry. I have driven this supposed ticket area many times after the ticket and cannot get my car to 60 mph from the turn I made without being in a hurry.
2. The officer contradicted himself. His first questions was, Was I in a hurry, I said no. His second statement was that I was speeding and I was the inside car. I said no sir, I was the outside car. He then changed his statement saying that he said I was the outside car. He then said I could show up to court because everything was on tape.
3. By this point the officer was frustrated at this point because I was denying that I broke the law. He had me sign the document, and he then forgot to give me a copy of the document because of his frustration with me. I was given no copy of a ticket, I had look it up online to find out when the court date was, what kind of ticket I was given, and the price. The officer may admit to not giving me a copy, or he might have just thrown it away and will contest that he gave me a copy of a ticket. I have no idea.

What are my options in this case?

Is there any law saying that if I was not served a ticket that I am not responsible for a speeding ticket? What is the name of your state?
