Speeding ticket HELP...

Hello All.

I live in Michigan. I got a speeding ticket today on the freeway, I was going 15 over. The copy came back and told me the ticket is 1 point... Anyway, after looking at the ticket I noticed for speed he put 80/75

First of all the speed limit is actually 70 on the highway I was on. Secondly, he only has it for 5 over so thats no points. He obviously made a mistake, is there a chance they dismiss this?

Let me get this straight: the officer gave you a break, and you wish to question it so that the accurate charges can be brought against you so you take the full point hit once you're found guilty?
