What is the name of your state? Florida
I received a ticket on my motorcycle and when I pulled over I never removed my full face helmet so the officer actually never saw my face. Is it a possibility to win this at court if the officer actually never saw who was driving the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop.
How can the officer actually positively identify the acused without ever seeing his face when I go to court.
Please assist.
