speeding ticket - late traffic school

last year i got 4 tickets on CA license

I have TX license now

recently i found out that CA has suspended my driving priviledges

how can i reopen one of the case? attend traffic school and remove one point?

I got one red light violation in jan 08 - filled traffic course fee but it was in LA, I was not able to talk to dmv that i live in san jose not LA (their waiting time on phone is 30 min in general) I hope I can convince the judge to still attend a course online

Chances are slim and none that you can do any of what you are saying.
You go take your lumps with the court that you blew off and pay to get your California license reinstated. I'd avoid driving while you're in California.
A lawyer is probably the most expeditious way of handling this if you are actually residing in Texas.
