Speeding ticket loopholes?

What is the name of your state? NJ

Do I have a cause for dismissal?

- No speed signs. The law in NJ says unless otherwise posted, it is 25. However, this particular road also has a double yellow line and has "industrial" buildings on the one side so I am not sure it can be considered stictly residential.

- Color of car marked Black when it is blue

- Location is unclearly marked as ticket indicates "West Sumner E Rd." The ticket was received on West Sumner Rd - travelling East. Note: There is an East Sumner Road and a Sumner Road.

- Officer was not technically in his own jurisdiction when he used the radar on me (in his jurisdiction) as he was hiding behind some trees well off the road. This parcel of land is belongs to another town. It is not until the edge of the road that begins his town's border.

This is my first traffic ticket and he gave me a 34 in a 25 (2 points). NJ also has a law that the first 2 points are forgiven by both the state and the insurance companies as long as you don't get another in the next 3 years.
