What is the name of your state? Georgia
My son received a speeding ticket for doing 25 mph over the speed limit. He did not notify anyone and paid for the ticket with the money. His license will probably be suspended, but is there anyway that something can still be done. Maybe the fact that he is a minor and lacked the maturity of handling this on his own or he also wrote on the ticket he sent in under where he signed that he wished to file a claim of NoLo. I realize that he did not do this correctly but he signed his name stating that he wished to file a plea of no contest. Would that be flaw worthy of gettting another court date and possibly getting the speed reduced a couple miles per hour?
