Speeding ticket in PAWhat is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? I recently received a speeding ticket in PA. The officer wrote on the citation that I was going 41.3 mph in a 25 mph zone. The ticket also said that he used VASCAR. The other piece of information that I believe is pertinent is that he wrote that he timed me for 1.65 seconds for .19 miles. I want to know if I have a chance of having the ticket dismissed because travelling .19 miles in 1.65 seconds is really driving at a speed of over 414 mph. Will the judge accept the argument that something was not done right? |

| Wow...thats' fast. Although there is an obvious mistake here doesn't mean you shouldn't use it to fight the ticket. Also you might want to check here just to get one person's experience with VASCAR. http://travel.3dresearch.com/index.html
