Speeding ticket in PA - will it result in points?

What is the name of your state? PA

I received the first speeding ticket of my life today and I'm curious as to the ramifications on my insurance.

The state trooper clocked me at 74 in a 55. I have no problem paying the fine, but any points and an increase in my insurance will really do damage.

If anyone has any knowledge of whether it's likely I will receive points and an insurance increase I would greatly appreciate it.
