Speeding Ticket question

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I was traveling on a divided highway where you can't make a left hand turn from the highway, you have to use a right lane exit/jug handle. The cop was positioned in the jug handle facing the on coming traffic. He was facing the wrong way down the 1 way jug handle. He clocked he going over the speed limit then pulled out into traffic by going the wrong way down the jug handle, then making a right onto the highway.

Is it legal for him to be positioned on the shoulder of a 1-way exit facing the wrong way trying to catch people speeding?

Is it legal for him to then pull out into traffic by going the wrong way on this jug handle?

There are signs posted on the other end of this jug handle that say "DO NOT ENTER".

Can I beat this ticket or was the cop OK to be where he was?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks! What is the name of your state?

Cop did nothing wrong - you'll have to find some other way to deal with your ticket

His actions were both unlawfull and dangerous. You can only make him admit to violating the law (which he did) on ther stand - PA law clearly does not allow the officer to make the move you have discribed lawfully. However law enforcement officers generally do not enforce the laws of the land on themselves so it will not help you much.

Here we go again...
Cepe - even if it WERE true, please explain how it would invalidate the ticket.
