Speeding ticket with Robic Accutrack

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I was just handed a speeding ticket going across a bridge today. The officer said I was going 62mph. My ticket says (miles timed - .019) (seconds timed - 1.09) Equipment tested 11-25-11.

My question is this. I went back to the bridge and found no lines on the road anywhere before, after or on the bridge... How was I clocked? Is it legal to use landmarks or light poles?

Yes, they can use any landmarks that are a known distance.
