What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

Hi
I stay in NJ and was ticketed on NY State thruway 87 last month.
No supporting deposition was provided.
I mailed in my ticket with a not-guilty plea and a request for the supporting deposition about 20 days back on 30th March, 2009. My court date is towards the end of May.

How will the supporting deposition be made available to me?
will it be mailed to me?
will it be deposited in the court and will I be sent an intimation that it is available?

Please let me know...

thanks for your insights

The court is supposed to mail the supporting deposition within 30 days of the day the request was received. A proof of such a service is supposed to be retained by the court in case in case of issues with mail delivery.
