| | | | I recently got my first ticket in a small texas town doing 82 in a 70 zone. I was wondering if anyone knew what "deferred adjudification" was? I heard it is like probation and the ticket does not go on your record. I also heard to use it as back-up if I can't use defensive driving. I am really ignorant on the subject. I could really use some advice. Thanks |

You can take it over the internet or rent a video now too! You might be able to get a discount on your insurance for taking the class too. You should just ask what your options are when you show up for your court date. Or if you want to take defensive driving, you can just write the court and ask for permission to take the class. They will say yes as long as you weren't going more than 25 mph. over the limit, and haven't already taken the class in the last 12 months. | |
