| | | | Speeding Ticket in VA and I live in MD help!
Hello My question is should i get a lawyer? On october 12 four of my friends and I were racing down Interstate 95 in Virginia and a cop caught us. He caught me doing 102 in a 65, i drive a blue subaru impreza rs with i high performance exhaust. He pulled me over first and 3 of my friends pulled over further up the road and waited. He went through his basic stuff and then with me in the car pulled up and gave my 3 friends tickets for doing 95 in a 65. I was told the worst case scenario for me is 2500$ fine or a year in jail or both. My court date is february 13 at 9 am. My friends have the same court date as i do. Please HELP |
