| I recently received a speeding ticket in Wisconsin. I am 19 and am on a probationary license. The radar said i was doing 97 in a 65. I don't think that I was going that fast though. I received a ticket one year earlier for an accident i was in, it was a small ticket about a faulty speedometer which was worth 2 points. Which I believe double because I am a probationary driver. Anyways, in Wisconsin do they allow Probation before judgement (PBJ)? And if so, will i be able to use PBJ even though i've had a previous offense, and also how does PBJ work, will the points not appear on my record as long as i don't get another ticket before my probationary period is up?
Thank you
