| | | speeding tickets in NJ I have received my third speeding ticket in the past 2 years. My first two, when i went to court they knocked both the tickets down to a careless driving, so i would not receive any points. However on the second one, the court said if i get another they would not be able to knock it down and i receive the speeding points. Is this true? or can i go to court and they will hopefully knock it down to a careless once again. thx for any advice |

| | | If it were me, I'd ask the court to knock it down again.
But don't be surprised if they say no.
