What is the name of your state? Texas
My wife got a ticket for speeding in a work zone - 5 miles above the limit (40 in 35). The ticket doesn't state that workers were present and she said that she didn't see workers.
She tried to apply for defensive driving, but from the court they told her that the ticket is filed as if there were workers present.
What are the options to revert the violation to "without workers present"?
Second question:
Can she even plead "not guilty" in this sort of violation? What is the name of your state?

In the Good Ol' US of A you can plead "not guilty" to murder, arson, and even speeding in a construction zone. :)
