I am an asian immigrant ticketed in fairfax county for speeding 68/55 under 46.2.830 and the ticket shows arrest date. Is this a criminal offense that would affect my immigration process. I dont want to have arrest record. Can I contest?

Why don't you remove all doubt for anyone and tell us what state this is?

You were not charged with speeding. You were charged with disobeying a highway sign.

What was written on the ticket for offense description?
