Statute of LimitationsI recently attempted to transfer a Pennsylvania license to Missouri. I drivers check came up with tickets I owed in Maine for 1983 and 4 in Massachusetts in 1988 and 1989. Is there a Statute of Limitations on these that would not make me responsible, and if so, how do I take care of it. It was in my younger careless days. |

| Pay 'em or go to jail. There ain't no statute of limitations. What's normally done is an arrest warrant will be issued for 2 years. And it can be renewed ever two years indefinitely. |
