Statute of limitations for Arizona Speeding ticket

What is the name of your state? Texas

My son received a ticket for speeding Arizona back in 1996 which he never did pay; recently he received a letter from Arizona requesting payment.

Is there a statute of limitations regarding speeding tickets in the state of Arizona ?

The statute of limitations stopped running when the ticket was issued. It is still a valid ticket and he must pay it or he could get his license in Texas suspended.
