Statute of limitations on tickets

I got pulled over by an officer, after he threatened to come fund me if I didn't respond on time, he said he would send my citation in the mail. Is there a statute of limitations on ticket. It's been over 7 weeks

Statute of limitations

I got pulled over for speeding in Early Oct. After the officer threatened to come find me he said he would send my citation in the mail. Is there a statute of limitations for receiving tickets

Pennsylvania, Beaver co.

If it's a misdemeanor the SOL is two years.

If speeding is considered a summary offense then it's 30 days.
