If I receive a speeding ticket in New Hampshire and choose not to pay it, a warrant for my arrest goes out in NH but no points are added to my license.

Is there a statute of limitations on this warrant and, if so, how long is it good for?

There is not SOL for traffic tickets and the warrant stays active till either you are arrested or the ticket is taken care of.
