stiff armed in colorado

What is the name of your state? Utah.

i was pulled over in rifle colorado for going 64 in a 35. the officer said almost double the limit. when i got home i noticed she had written 64 in a 25 instead of 64 in a 35.

i was driving home to utah and there was no way i was going 64. i don't know how fast i was going. the city ordinances say that i must show up in court and i can not pay by mail. i may need to pay up to $300 and serve no more than 90 days in jail.

i was driving no more than 55 in a 35. careless? yes, but what should i do?

i have a family and a job and i am in college. i could lose everything if that little town makes me serve time for this.
