Stop sign ticket with no time

What is the name of your state?New York, Queens.
I got a failed to stop at stop sign ticket, the office filled out the date of offense, but did not fill out time. can I fight it?
also, I plan to appear in court too because there is a traffic jam when I pass the sign and all the cars where going 10 mph. the officers were actually looking for suspects, but I think they feel bad for stopping me for half a hours, so they gave me a ticket

The lack of time on the ticket is not a fatal error. Your other excuse is rather lame. Try again.
