What is the name of your state? pa

there is a code in pa 5??. according to this code if no one was in danger of your vehicle, then the violation is dismissed. does anyone know the code.

I know of no such thing in the PA vehicle code, especially pertaining to stop signs. Were you cited for 3323B? Bravo 8 is the other guy from PA on here so I'm sure he'll chime in soon.
