What is the name of your state? Nebraska

I got pulled over for running a stop sign by a county sheriff, and I had a friend with me. It was late at night and he asked us if we'd been drinking. We hadn't, but he still took both of our licenses when he went back to write me the ticket. He wrote down all of my information correctly except that he put my friend's first name on the ticket. My driver's license number is on the citation, but I'm not [friend's first name] [my last name]. Just to make sure I'm being clear:

Say my name is Bill R. Smith. My friend's name is Bob Johnson. The ticket is made out to Bob R. Smith.

Can I get this dismissed? I'd really like to not have to pay $119.
