stupid questionWhat is the name of your state?washington my neighbor said he was able to have his drivers liscense reinstated because it was deemed unconstitutional to suspend ones liscence for unpaid tickets.sounds like malarky to me.is he correct? |

| Sounds like baloney to me ... but some judges may hold that opinion. Traffic court is a different world, and I doubt the state would appeal this decision. If it hapened, your friend was real lucky and got a whacked judge ... or there was some odd tale not told. Carl

what he said was**************that he called the department of liscensing to see what had to be done to obtain his liscense. they told him that washington had just lost an appeal on the issue and that all states aside from california could no longer suspend your liscense with a few exceptions like child support and drunk driving. like i said it sounds hokey. |
