discovery motion

you go to the corthouse and the cort assesor(may change state to state) and tell them you would like to file a motion for discovery. if they radared you get the calibration reports on the radar unit he clocked you with. the calibration reports for the tuning fork used to calibrats the radar gun. basicley the same gose for laser to. in any case, get the departments fcc licens to operat the radar devices(laser guns require a fda licens insted)
