Im being sued for an auto accident that the other person was at fault but is saying that it is mine. how do i prove it was their fault or go about doing so.

Well, they will likely have to prove that it is YOUR fault to get a judgment from you.

First, contact your insurance company and/or hire an attorney.

Second, gather any reports, damage estimates, witness statements, etc. that you can.

Depending on the damage and injuries this could be substantial.
