| | Surrendering Out of State License While living in Texas I receive a speeding ticket and never paid it. A warrant was issued but my license wasn't suspended. I've since moved to Pennsylvania and gotten married. In order to obtain a Pennsylvania drivers license (required by my insurance company) and have my married name on my PA license I have to surrender my Texas drivers license.
Will Pennsylvania see that I have a warrant in Texas? The application asks if your license has been suspended in another state but nothing else. If they can see I have a warrant what will they do? | |
