What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Is it possible to get a license in one state if it is suspended in another state? Or does it depend on the two states?
Also, anyone know where I could find the penalties for driving on a suspended license in different states?

Is it possible that you could post which two states you're asking about?

That might help better answer your questions; in fact that is why the "What is the name of your state?" Question comes up when you go to post a question!
