What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL & GA
A friend moved from Florida to Georgia over a year ago and never registered for a Georgia drivers license. A recent traffic incident resulted in the suspesion of her license. If she had a Georgia drivers license, she could receive a hardship license to drive to and from work. Since her license is from Florida and is now suspended, she cannot receive the hardship license even though she is a full time Georgia resident. Is there any way for her to possibly receive a waiver or anything possible for her to receive a hardship license in Georgia.
