:( What is the name of your state? pa

I am posting for my son. He is 21. When he was 18 he was to say the least imature. He had several speeding tickets that caused his license to be suspended. He then drove while susapended and needless to say got suspended even longer. All this occurred within a few months. Since then he has straightened out and has matured. He has not driven once and hasn't been in any trouble. He also has a few failure to respond citations because he was in jail, since he was out he has responded to all the summons and has taken care of the fines and/or has payment arrangements that he has faithfully kept.
He is wondering if there is a way to get his license restored since it has been more than 3 yrs or at least to get his occupational license so he can get back and forth from work and college.
Any help is appreciated, thanks

Many states do have restricted license programs, contact PennDOT to find out if there is one in PA. You can also try to google it or search state legislature website.
