I had an accident with a suspended license back in 2006. My court and conviction was in 2008. This was all in California. Now I live in Georgia. I was pulled over for window tint and got arrested for having a suspended license. I am wondering what my sentence will be when I go to court in three weeks. Will my prior event in California change things or since it is my first time in Georgia will I get minimum fines and sentencing?
