suspended license/ stolen identity

my brother has been using my name and ssn#. by doing this , he has caused my license suspension.i have been to court and have had the ticket's dismissed and charge's were drawn against my brother by the officer's who originally issued the tickit's to him when he used my identity.in the meantime, i was pulled over on private property and charged with dus.is there anything i can do or should i hope the court goes easy on me? these are two different court system's.and the bmv will be notified of my situation by the court that is trying my brother ,as to my situation...should i go to court and explain why i had a suspended license? this is in ohio...cinci area. thank you for any help on this. w.d.day
