suwanee, georgia

i got two tickets in fla for not wearing seatbelt and no proof of ins. i failed to pay tickets on time and my liscense was suspended. a week after i paid for these tickets i was pulled over by policein suwanee, georgia where i now live. i was charged with driving on suspended lisc. and no proof of ins. i do have up-to-date ins. and the receipts for my paid tickets. what are the circumstances that i am now looking at? and is there any way out of this situation? i am planning on seeing the judge who is going to try the case and talk to him in person (is this a bad idea)?
