What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Washington
prior to being discharged from the air force in virginia i was stopped for not having my city sticker on my windshield.that stop also resulted in a no insurance ticket.i went to court, paid the fines, and moved to california where i was,nt allowed to get another license because i owe the virginia dmv $400.
that was in 1994.
i was told that after 7 years that fine would go away but now washington says i need to clear it up with virginia.is there a statute of limitations on this?:(

There is no statute of limitations on traffic fines. You will have to pay the fines to obtain a Washington DL.
