suspened license

i have recently found out that my license has been suspended since september of last year. I am confused because i renewed my license in october of last year, a whole month after being suspended but not aware of it. I dont see why my license is suspended in the first place. According to my driving record, i was involved in an accident in june of 1999. I was later cited for no insurance which was dismissed in court. according to the court docket, an update was going to be sent to the dol in washington state that my license was not supsended for driving w/o insurance and causing an accident. I dont understand why my case was dissmissed due to ticket issued in error and an email sent to dol notifying them of change, then why is my license suspended still today.

please help

An update was going to be sent by whom???

Check with them they didnt send it.

the court said in the court docket that they would email the revision.
