Is it possible to get a suspension expunged? Suspension was not DUI related. Suspended for failure to respond to a citation. Nature of the citation was stop sign violation. Violation occured in April of 1999. 8 months ago(sept.4 2001) I paid the citation and had driving privelege restored. Recently I attended a truck driving school and obtained a commercial drivers license with all endoresments. I assumed that the suspension would not affect my chances of getting a job because it was not DUI related. I assumed wrong. Is it possible to go before a judge and state my case. What do you think are my chances are of having the suspension removed from my record. Please Help!!
