Tagged for speeding with 20mph or more

New Jersey : Rt 1. Apperas that speed limit mentioned on ticket is lower than the one posted. Will the court allow to rectify ticket & reduce fine OR allow dismiss ticket. Other information on ticket looks correct. Also no tickmark seen for type of detection (radar/plane etc). Any suggetions or advice? Thanks in advance.
