Question

i am trying to get a california drivers liscence. but i am told i have a cancled illinois liscence because i failed to appear and pay a ticket for no proof of insurance.(4 yrs ago) the fine $375.00 i can not fly back to ill. to take care of this. how can i clear this up from california?urgently my job demands that i have a clear liscence with ins.
