technicality in speeding ticket

What is the name of your state? violation in MA, lives in RI

I am wondering if I can go to court and get a citation for speeding to be void because of technicalities. I see several problems:

1. It is written that the car is a "Honda Accord", while it actually is a Honda Civic.

2. I can't read the color of the car. It is actually grey, and it is definitely written something else, but I can't read what. Something starting with a B.

3. At the bottom of the ticket, it is written that officer certifies having given the ticket "in hand to violator", which he did, but there is a box where I am suppose to sign to acknowledge receipt of the citation, and he did not make me sign that. His signature from the above box goes to the box where I was supposed to sign, but it is quite clear it is not me who signed.

I am considering requesting a hearing to keep a good record (and save $280, too), but I'm wondering what my odds are. Also, in case I go to the court, the judge might ask me "ok, it was a civic, but were you speeding?" and I would not know what to respond. I guess the best would be something like "your honor, I do not wish to respond to that question", but... It's not great...

Well thanks in advance for any advice.

Henri.

None of those items are sufficient to dismiss the ticket.

Between zero and nil.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
