What is the name of your state? Maryland

My license is currently suspended due to a large amount fines and one large judgement against me. I was just wondering if MD offers temporary DL's to those who haven't had a DUI. I'm paying off my fines as I get the money. I just need to be able to get myself back and forth to work and school.
