Ticket for 105! but i wasn't for a fact

TEXAS TICKET:
105 in a 65
no insurance

1)i had insurance, old bike got stolen, so waiting on papers for new bike..fixed that problem.

2) speeding- need to fight

few reasons it wasnt me and i couldn't have been speeding
a. i was following another biker that was going that fast (he got a ticket for doing 105 as well and plead guilty)
b. i dont think he radared me, under violation 1 he put: speeding no R. or mR.
c. my bike was under 600 miles meaning i was in breakin and i have my manual that states if i go over a certain rpm i could blow my engine up (rings havent set yet) that rpm is about 80mph

my question...next to the violation is no R. mean no radar? or does mR. mean something?
also , on the ticket ther eis alleged speed, speed limit, and radar cal. he put me under alleged speed does that mean he didnt' radar me?

need advice bad, i am fighting this ticket...could use a little help, one lawyer was gonna charge 150.00 per hour, the other wouldnt' take the case

Personally, I think you should go with "C". Everyone knows that if the manual says you shouldn't exceed a certain RPM, then obviously you could not have been speeding.

The first lawyer doesn't mind getting embarassed in court, as long as he gets paid. The other one doesn't want to take it because he's got a little more self respect.

You are probably screwed because the cop will just lie anyways (assuming you are telling the truth) and the judge will probably go along with it.
