Ticket

I got a ticket and on the ticket where the officer says it occurs he wrote 10-05-01. On the ticket where the officer signs and dates it he dated it 10-06-01. Can this ticket be dismissed because of the conflicting dates?

unless,of course,he still does'nt know which day it is when he's suppose to be in court testifying against you
