ticketWhen i got pulled over for my violation, the officer who pulled my over, called another officer to write me my ticket. The officer who wrote me the ticket had to go off what the officer who pulled me over said i did? Is this normal, and can i use this argument in my defense of my ticket in court? |

| Is it possible that the officer that wrote the citation also saw it? Even if he didn't, the citation is still valid and that alone is probably not enough for the citation to be dismissed. |

| Why did he do that? Was he out of his jurisdiction? If they're from the same department, I don't think it would matter. It does seem strange though. Possibly a quota thing. |
