Ticket in another state

What is the name of your state? NC

If you get a seatbelt ticket in another state,TX, and it doesn't get paid in time, does it affect your driving privileges in your home state or just the state you recieved the ticket in?

Any help is appreciated.

Drivers License Compact

A suspension in a member state will result in suspension in any other membe state. Currently, 47 states are members.
