I have heard different opinions of what errors on a ticket will and will not get it dismissed. I was issued a speeding ticket by a state trooper. On the ticket, the officer signed his name (something illegible that started with a B), crossed it out, and wrote another signature that started with a C. He was the only officer at the scene. Is this grounds to get the ticket dissmissed?
