ticket in FL for red light

i got a ticket in FL for going thru a red light while making a right turn. It was after 11:30PM and there was no traffic on the road @ that time. I am assuming the arrow was red due to the cop's allegation. This light has a sign that says no turn on red but that sign wasn't light at that moment.... from my understanding of our FL law i didn't break the law.

FL traffic control signals:
Come to a complete stop. At most intersections, after stopping, you may turn on red if the way is clear. Some intersections display a "no turn on red" sign, which must be obeyed.

when he stopped me, he said the cause was that i ran a red light. i told him i stopped, looked and continued. But he said that you are not supposed to go thru a red light at all. So i thought my case is pretty straight forward....but when i checked the continuance (from the court's first appointment. he didn't come but asked for a new date.) it says failure to stop steady at a red light. i do not have my original ticket to know if he wrote the same thing.

how do i fight this?

Just like anyone else. Show up on the date/time ordered and present your 'defense' to the citation.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
