Ticket on foreign licence - now have OH licence

I got a ticket in AL a few months ago for doing 90 in a 70. At the time I was driving a rental on my UK licence. I just passed my test to get my OH licence. Will the endorsement against my UK licence carry to my OH licence?
(I noticed when filling in the paperwork for the OH licence that they took my UK licence and made a reference to it on some forms.)

Based on how most states seem to work you should not have anything to worry about. If you had gotten the ticket in Ohio then maybe you'd have a problem.

If you paid the ticket there will be no problem. If you didn't, there will be a problem. Alabama will suspend your privelige to drive and report this the the "State Drivers License Compact". Sometime in the future Ohio will get this info, put 2 and 2 together and suspend your Ohio llicense. The only way to fix the problem then is to go back to Alabama and get your priveliges reinstated then Ohio will do the same.

Thanks for the replies.

Sounds like I should be OK, I apid my ticket promptly. However to be extra secure, would my driver's record in OH show any endorsements like this? IE if I order it and it is blank, I'll know I'm alright?

If you got the ticket in Alabama then your Ohio record should not show the conviction.
